睡眠障碍儿童情绪行为异常的调查

Investigation of abnormal emotion behaviors for children with sleeping disorder

目的探讨儿童睡眠障碍对情绪行为异常的影响。方法对宁夏市、县、乡13所学校6000名6-14岁儿童由专人负责进行睡眠障碍、OSA-18项目、家庭社会环境因素和儿童情绪行为抽样调查。对916例睡眠障碍的儿童,按照不同年龄段随机抽取265名,了解其情绪行为异常发生的情况,并和正常同龄儿童相比较。结果除城市地区7-岁组攻击或多动行为的儿童和其对照组以及农村地区11-岁组纪律问题儿童和其对照组相比差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余各年龄段在攻击或多动行为以及纪律问题、情绪多变或发脾气等方面和正常同龄儿童相比,差别都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。睡眠障碍儿童情绪行为异常的发病率城市高于农村,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学龄儿童睡眠障碍会导致情绪行为异常,应引起儿科、儿保医务人员及家长的重视。

Objective To probe into the impact of sleeping disorder on abnormal emotion behaviors in children. Methods The children with sleeping disorder were investigated. OSA - 18 items, social and family influencing factors, and emotion behaviors were conducted by appointed professionals in 6000 children aged 6 - 14 years old from 13 schools in cities, counties and rttral areas in Ningxia. 916 cases with sleeping disorder from the total sample populations, 265 cases with sleeping disorder were sampled randomly based on their age groups and the comparison were made with the normal ones correspondingly. Results The difference aggressive or hyperactive behaviors, variable mood, ill tempered, and bad disciplined between children in the designed age groups and control are significant, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. There are not significant in those between children in the age group of 7 - 8 years old and control in cities, and there are not significant in bad disciplined between children in age group of 11 -12 years old and control in rural areas, which （P 〉 0. 05）. Among the children having sleeping disorders the incidence of abnormal emotion behaviors wass higher in cities than in rural areas （P 〈 0. 05）, which was of statistical significance. Conclusion Sleeping disorder has an impact on abnormity of emotion behavior in children, therefore pediatricians, children＇s health -care professionals and parents should pay high attention to it.
