超声心动图在先天性心脏病封堵术治疗中的价值

摘要 目的评估超声心动图在先天性心脏病封堵术术前、术中的应用价值。方法经超声检查符合封堵术条件的先天性心脏病(房缺、室缺、动脉导管未闭)患者416例,术前测量缺损大小,明确缺损部位,术中监测封堵器释放情况及所在位置,伞的形状与封堵器周围有无分流,术后即刻及72小时、3个月、6个月、1年复查。结果超声心动图术前测量缺损大小与所选封堵器的大小匹配(r=0.96,P<0.001),全组疗效均显著,封堵器位置固定,封堵器与缺损边缘无残余分流,对周围血管及结构无影响。结论超声心动图对先天性心脏病封堵术治疗前、中、后均有重要指导作用,是安全、简便、可行、实用的技术,是临床首选的评估方法。 Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography examination for congenital heart diseases before occlusion and during occlusion operation. Methods A total of 416 cases with congenital heart diseases such as ASD, VSD and PDA were observed and measured by echocardiography. The sizes of defects were measured before occlusion, concluders were monitored and during occlusion operation, the peripheral residual shunts around the occlusion were observed after operation. Results The sizes of defects were measured by echocardiography before occlusion to math with the clinical selected occluders (r = 0.96, P 〈 0.001 ). All the occluders were fixed tightly and none of them there was no residual shunts around the occlusion. Conclusion Echocardiography examination of congenital heart diseases for occlusion plays important role to guide before occlusion and during occlusion operation and evaluate curative effect.
