多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影诊断肺栓塞的临床价值

Diagnose of pulmonary embolism by multi-slice spiral CT angiography

目的探讨多层螺旋肺血管造影(MSCTPA)对肺动脉栓塞(PE)的诊断价值。方法对21例经SCTPA诊断为肺动脉栓塞的病例进行回顾性分析,观察血栓累及的部位、表现形式及其它改变。结果21例患者累及251支肺动脉,CT征象为肺动脉内不同程度的充盈缺损,包括中心型充盈缺损、完全型充盈缺损、偏心型充盈缺损、附壁型充盈缺损4种类型。结论多层螺旋血管造影诊断PE简便、无创、准确性高,是PE的可靠检查手段。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi - slice spiral compute tomography angiography （MSCTPA） in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism （PE）. Methods 21 PE cases diagnosed as PE by spiral CTPA were retrospective analyzed. Results 251 embolized pulmonary arteries were displayed by SCTPA. The CT signs： the filling defect in the pulmonary arteries branches at various degrees. Included central filling defect, total occlusion of the pulmonary arteries, eccentric filling defect, and embolism attached to the walls of host artery. Conclusion MSCT pulmonary angiography is convenient, non - invasive, veracious and reliable technique in diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.
