学习力与民办高校核心竞争力培育刍议

Cultivation of Learning Capabilitrs & The Core Competitiveness of Privately-run Colleges

文章参照核心竞争力的特征,指出学习力是民办高校的核心竞争力,并从学习力构成要素"个人学习力、知识吸收能力、知识传播能力和团队学习力"四个维度剖析了民办高校在培育核心竞争力方面的障碍。据此,从"员工学习力的提升、知识信息的吸纳与传播、团队学习、学习型组织的营建"四个方面提出了民办高校核心竞争力培育的途径。

According to the characteristics of the core competitiveness ,the article points out that the learning capability is the core competitiveness of Privately-run Colleges. In accordance with factors composed of learning capability, such as ＂Personal Learning Capabilitiy, Absorbing Ability of knowledge, Ability to diffuse knowledge and Learning Capabilities of A Team＂ ,the author analyses the obstacles in cultivating the core competitiveness within privately-rnn colleges in four dimensions. The ways of cultivating the core competitiveness of privately-run colleges have been put forward in four aspects such as ＂raising the Learning capabilities of staff ,collecting ／absorbing ／diffusing information ＆ knowledge, team learning, establishment of learning organizations ＂.
