增强高校思想政治理论课的吸引力与感染力,关键在于教师的努力。为此,思政课教师要苦练内功,提升自身觉悟与个人魅力,教学内容要体现生命关怀和生活价值,提升教学的底蕴与厚重感,同时勤练外功,构建平等友好的师生关系,营造民主轻松的课堂氛围,丰富教学手段和方法,调动学生多种感官参与课堂,并通过锤炼细节,来历练、美化教学的艺术,达到教师乐教、学生乐学的至高境界。

Therefore, the teachers should develop the personal appearance while giving the classes, such as enhancing the self-awareness and personal charm. Also, teaching content should reflect the life care and life values. The teacher should pay much attention to the background of the content; On the other hand, teachers may learn more about communicative skills. For example, teachers can build equal and friendly relationship between teachers and students, create a democratic atmosphere in the classroom easily, vary teaching methods, and motivate students with their variety of sensory organs to participate activities in the classroom. Teachers still have to prepare the teaching details perfect, in order to pursuit the teaching perfection, which is ＂the teachers like teaching, while the students like having classes＂.
