广州市海珠区不同人群艾滋病知识水平及健康教育需求调查

Study on knowledge,attitude and education needs towards AIDS among people in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City

目的了解广州市海珠区不同人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率和健康教育需求情况,探索现阶段开展艾滋病防治健康教育的内容和方式。方法根据不同人群的特点设计调查问卷,采用问卷调查的方式进行艾滋病知信行调查。结果共调查孕妇101人、制衣厂外来务工人员女性119人、外来务工人员男性74人、娱乐场所从业人员45人。外来男工、女工、孕妇、娱乐场所从业人员对艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率分别为66.00%、62.64%、79.17%、70.00%。艾滋病知识的来源以广播和电视、报刊杂志和书籍以及宣传材料为主,分别为71.68%和62.24%、45.13%;72.97%的外来男工和86.67%的娱乐场所人员对艾滋病有进一步了解的需求。结论广州市海珠区外来务工人员艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,对艾滋病知识有较强需求。

Objective To understand the AIDS related knowledge awareness and education needs among people from different social groups, and to investigate the content and approaches of AIDS health education. Methods Self-administered questionnaires designed specifically for different groups were conducted to collect data on knowledge, attitude and practice toward AIDS. Results 101 pregnant women, 119 female and 74 male workers at garment factories, and 45 employees of entertainment places participated in this study. The awareness rates of AIDS related knowledge for them were 66.00% , 62.64% , 79. 17% and 70.00% respectively. The main resources for AIDS knowledge were broadcasting and TV programs （71.68%）, newspapers, magazines and books （62. 24% ）, and publicity materials （45. 13% ）, 72. 97% of the female workers and 86. 67% of the employees of entertainment places had the willingness to learn more about AIDS. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among immigrant workers was low. AIDS related knowledge is desirable for them.
