摘要
提出一种基于贡献温差的换热网络超结构合成优化法:第一步基于贡献温差的概念建立冷热物流的变换负荷曲线,在此基础上构造基于超结构换热网络的初始结构;第二步给出并优化焓区间热负荷参数H,合并超结构中热负荷小于H的区间,建立年总费用最小的网络结构。此法用于计算换热网络的年度费用需求,应用实例说明其所建立的网络结构,比优化前换热单元数较少且年度总费用较省。
A method based on AT-contributions for the synthesis and optimization of heat exchanger networks' superstructure is presented. In the first step, the cold and hot modified composite curves are made based on AT-contributions, and based on this, the initial superstructure of the heat exchanger network is constructed. In the second step, a heat load parameter H of the enthalpy interval is given and optimised, and the intervals whose heat load are less than H are merged into other ones, finally, a network with minimum total annualized cost is constructed. This method was presented for calculating the total annual cost of a heat exchanger network, and the resuh from a case study showed that the network structure developed form this method has less units and less total annualized cost compared with the network structure without optimization.
