摘要
科学确定合成炉灯头温度是合成炉工艺设计的重要技术。本文依据合成炉结构并从理论分析入手,提出合成炉灯头温度的数学模型和计算法,应用Visual Basic 5.0编制计算机应用软件,并分析影响合成炉灯头温度的主要因素。结果表明,入炉气组成及气量比、入炉气的温度和氯化氢生产能力对合成炉灯头温度的影响分别为较大,很小和不影响,为合成炉工艺设计提供了理论依据。
The scientific adopted lamp cap temperature is a technique of synthetic furnace technique design. This paper provided mathematical model and calculator method of synthetic furnace lamp cap temperature from synthetic furnace constitution character and theoretical analysis, and application software was exploited with Visual Basic 5.0, and analysis factor of influence scientific adopted synthetic furnace lamp cap temperature. The results showed that, unstripped gas complexity and gas numbered proportion high influence lamp cap temperature, unstripped gas temperature small influence lamp cap temperature; hydrogen chloride productive forces not influence lamp cap temperature. It provides theoretical basis for synthetic furnace technique design.
