摘要 为了研究高能固体推进剂的冲击起爆行为,对推进剂进行了冲击加载下的拉氏分析实验。采用锰铜压力计测量了推进剂中不同位置的压力历程,分析了推进剂爆轰压力、爆速及爆轰成长距离等爆轰特性。采用拉氏分析实验计算模型、弹塑性流体动力学材料模型及点火增长模型反应速率方程对推进剂的冲击起爆过程进行了数值模拟。根据拉氏分析实验结果,标定了推进剂点火增长模型反应速率方程参数。 In order to investigate the characters of high energy solid propellants initiated by shock waves, the Lagrange analytical experiment equipment was designed. The pressure histories at the different Lagrange places in the propellants were measured by a set of manganin gauges. The detonation pressure, the detonation velocity and the initiation distances of the propellants were analyzed. The shock initiation process of the propellant was numerically simulated by the calculated model of Lagrange analytical experiments, the material models of elastoplastic fluid dynamics and the reactive rate equation of ignition growth model. According to the experimental results, the parameters of the reactive rate equation of ignition growth model for the propellants were calibrated.
