摘要
阐述了一种基于阶跃恢复二极管的脉冲快速沿整形电路设计。该设计利用阶跃恢复二极管大的存储时间和小的暂态时间,对矩形脉冲的上升沿进行整形,使其上升时间为(140±20)ps,脉冲幅度为(1.75±0.05)V,并实现脉冲占空比的补偿。详细论述了电路的结构和工作原理。实际测试结果表明,所设计电路达到了设计指标要求。
Based on step recovery diode, a pulse fast edge shaping circuit is realized. Benefited from the long storage time and short transient time of step recovery diode, the design can effectively optimize the shape of rising edge of a square pulse, shorten its rising time to ( 140 ± 20) ps, amplitude to ( 1.75 ± 0.05) V, and achieve a compensation of pulse duty cycle. Detailed circuit structures and operation principle are illustrated. Experiment results show that the circuit exactly conforms to the design specifications.
