在业务运营支撑系统中,灵活的优惠策略是保障运营商针对客户的不同需求提供个性化服务的关键。在分析传统优惠策略不足的基础上,构建了四层优惠逻辑模型,引入了基于表达式的优惠函数。该模型能够提供丰富的优惠计算方法,以便运营商制定灵活的优惠策略,更好地实现"以客户为中心"的服务理念。验证表明:提出的基于表达式的优惠策略具有良好的灵活性、配置性和实用性。

In Business ＆ Operation Support System（BOSS）,flexible discount policy is the key to guarantee operators to offer customized services for different requirements.After analyzing the disadvantage of traditional discount policy, this paper constructs a four-layer discount logical model and introduces discount policy functions based on expression.The model can provide plenty of methods to calculate discount,so that the operators can establish flexible discount policies to perform the＂customer-oriented＂ service principle.Experimental result indicates that the expression based discount policy is eonfigurable,flexible and practical.
