当前农村金融组织金融服务滞后,很大程度上是由于对农村金融需求发展的特点研究不够。研究表明:深入分析农村金融组织的现状,充分发挥农村金融组织在动员资金、配置资金、规避风险三方面功能,构建政策性金融机构、商业性金融机构、合作性金融机构和其他金融机构等多种形式并存、合理分工、功能互补、有序竞争的多层次的农村金融组织体系,可在一定程度上能满足农村金融需求的发展。

Nov the rural financing service is lag, which partly due to the research of the characteristics of rural financing demand is lack. The research shows that we should analyze deeply the situation of rural financing organization, give enough play to the functions of rural financing organization in collecting capital, disposing capital and avoiding the venture and constructing the multilevel rural financing system including the policy-related financing organization, commercial-related financing organization, cooperative financing organization and other organizations to satisfy the development of rural financing demand.
