现代仪器分析技术在中药领域中的应用

Modern instrumental analysis in the application of traditional Chinese medicine

近年来随着现代仪器分析技术的发展,越来越多的新技术、新方法被应用到中药鉴定、质量控制、中药生产工艺现代化方面,推动中药药学的发展。本文简述目前光谱法、色谱法、免疫法、微生物法以及联用技术等现代仪器分析方法在中药方面的应用,并对其作一简要评述。

In recent years, with the development of modern technology of instrumental analysis, a growing number of new technologies and methods have been applied to the identification of traditional Chinese medicine, quality control, modernization of Chinese medicine producing and other aspects. All of these promote the development of traditional Chinese pharmacy. This paper briefly introduces some modern methods of instrumental analysis which are used in field of traditional Chinese medicine, such as spectrometry, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, immunology, microbiology as well as coupling techniques, at the same time some brief comments included.
