薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法对染料型黑色签字笔字迹分类的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对市售32种不同厂家、不同品牌以及不同规格的黑色签字笔进行分类。先采用丁酮:正丁醇:水:冰乙酸=14:10:6:1(体积比)为展开剂,对所研究签字笔的色痕进行TLC分析,可将其分为7类。在此基础上,利用反相离子对色谱法对这些黑色签字笔提取液进行分离、分析,也可分为7类。将两种方法分类结果进行对比发现薄层斑点与液相色谱峰呈现较好的对应关系。 In this paper, 32 kinds of black gel pens produced by different corporations were analyzed using. These pens were classified into 7 groups using the Rf values and the different color bands by thin-layer chromatography, and then by high performance liquid chromatograph. There are great accordance between the two methods. It provides evidence for ingredient analysis of gel pens and identification of the writing ink. The results show that this method is rapid and reliable.
