摘要
本文采用日本岛津公司、美国热电公司制造的原子吸收光谱仪的测定技术方法进行航天空间电源材料分析的应用,并提供分析方法、测试条件和干扰因素。该分析方法适用性强,可靠性高。在各类电源材料样品分析的过程中,具有良好的灵敏度,具有杂质离子干扰较少、操作简便快速、选择性与重现性好等优点。
The application of atom absorption spectrum apparatus to material analysis of metal, powder, liquid and chemical reagent in Battery's industry's material is introduced in this paper. The reliability and condition for the experiment are also presented. The analysis of atom absorption spectrum apparatus has a good sensitivity and representation. Moreover, the pre-treatment of various kinds of materials, spectrum interference factors and eliminating methods are discussed.
