摘要
本文采用原子吸收光谱法测定辛伐他汀药中锂含量的方法,具体研究样品的溶解方法、仪器的测定条件等,通过实验确定方法的检出限及定量限,采用工作曲线法得出实验结果。方法的线性范围是0.0~0.80μg/mL,检出限为0.030μg/mL,定量限为0.10μg/mL。
Dissolving methods of samples and detection conditions of instrument are investigated in the determination of lithium residue in Simvastatin drug by atomic absorption spectrometry. By experiment, the detection limit and the quantitative limit of the method are determined, and the experiment result is achieved by working curve method. The linear region of the method is 0.0-0.80μg/mL, the detection limit is 0.030μg/mL and the quan- titative limit is 0.10μg/mL.
