摘要
目的:建立使用L-半胱氨酸作为还原剂,氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定肉及肉制品中无机砷的方法。方法:样品以6mol/L盐酸提取无机砷,样液用L-半胱氨酸作为还原剂,应用氢化物发生-原子荧光分析技术测定肉及肉制品中总无机砷。结果:方法的线性范围在0~30μg/L,相关系数r=0.9999(n=6),回归方程Y=51.7977X-7.7185,检出限为0.11μg/L,样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~3.5%,加标回收率为91.2%~93.7%。
Objective: To develop a novel method for determination total inorganic arsenic in meat and meat products by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry in L-cysteine as a reductant. Methods: The inorganic arsenic in sample extracted by 6mol/L HCL, utility of L-cysteine as a reductant, total inorganic arsenic in meat and meat products were determinated by HG-AFS. Results: Linear range of total inorganic arsenic determination by this method was 0-30μg/L. The correlation was 0.9999(n=6), Regression equation was Y=51.7977X-7.7185, Detection limit of this method was 0. 11μg/L, RSD was 1.4%-3.5% , and recovery rates were 91.2%-93.7%.
