摘要
信任缺乏已成为我国电子商务发展最大的障碍之一,如何建立和提高电子商务信任成为促进电子商务发展的关键。文章在分析电子商务信任的基础上,从社会、电子商务、网站和网上商家四个方面分析和提出一些电子商务信任建立、维持及提高的措施。
