摘要
以水溶性低分子量酚醛树脂处理人工林杨木板材,参考ASTM标准,并结合国内实木地板的生产工艺,对处理前后板材的横截、刨切、榫槽加工和砂光性能进行评价。结果表明:经过处理后,杨木板材的各项加工性能均得到明显改善,加工缺陷明显减少,表面光洁度和平整度明显好于未处理材,适合用于制造实木地板。
According to the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the Chinese domestic manufacturing specification of solid wood flooring, the machinability of phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin densified poplar lumber was evaluated. The properties evaluated included cross-cutting, planning, tenonning, and sanding. Compared with the untreated control samples, the densified samples exhibited considerably better performance. Machining defects, such as torn grain and fuzzy surface, were reduced. Surface smoothness and flatness of machined sections were also improved. The results indicated that the densification of low density and fast growing 'poplar lumber with PF resin improved the overall machinability and added value to its flooring products.
