摘要
利用低温等离子技术进行竹片表面处理,可有效改进竹片的胶合性能。文中详细介绍了竹片表面等离子处理机的设计、开发、研制与调试。等离子处理机的应用与推广,可使竹条制备加工实现尺寸最大化,提高竹地板以及其他竹产品的原料利用率,降低生产成本。
This paper introduces a surface treatment of low temperature plasma on bamboo strips to improve their surface gluability and increase the product efficiency. A detailed description of this technique as applied to commercial equipment such as design, manufacture, and installation was described. A low temperature plasma processor was successfully used in a commercial plant. The result showed that after surface treatment bamboo utilization and bonding strength were both improved.
