摘要
介绍微波加热技术原理、特点及其在冶金领域中应用的现状。针对有机粘结剂铁矿球团预热阶段强度低的问题,进行了微波预热球团的实验研究,并与常规管炉预热效果进行了比较。通过光学显微镜和SEM等测试手段,分析了微波预热铁矿球团的机理。实验结果表明,采用微波预热,当微波功率为2 500 W,微波预热终点温度为750℃时,预热球每球抗压强度为448 N;而采用常规管炉预热,在温度为750℃下预热10 min,预热球抗压强度仅为129 N。测试分析结果表明,微波预热球团内部磁铁矿大部分氧化成赤铁矿,赤铁矿连接成片,晶形相互连接较好,提高了预热球团的强度。
The principles, characteristics and application in metallurgical industry of microwave heating technology are introduced in this paper. In this research, microwave technology was organic binder. adopted to solve In addition, the the problem of low preheating strength of preheating pellet pellet strength with by microwave was compared with tube furnace preheating. The mechanism of preheating pellet by microwave was studied by optical microscope and SEM analyses. The results showed that the preheating pellet strength was 448 N/p when the microwave input power was 2 500 W and the microwave heating terminal temperature was 750 ~C ; however, when the pellet was preheated at 750℃ for 10min by tube furnace the preheating pellet strength was 129 N/p. Analyzing results showed that the majority of magnetite was oxidized into hematite which was connected each other in the preheating pellet by microwave, and the strength of preheating pellet was improved.
