摘要
运用"射钉法"准确地标定了鞍钢厚板坯连铸机二冷区铸坯凝固坯壳厚度及铸坯凝固系数,为评价现有二冷系统的冷却能力、制定合理的二冷配水制度和高拉速条件下的工艺参数提供了重要依据。
The solidified shell thickness and solidification coefficient of slab in the secondary cooling zone of Angang thick slab caster have been accurately determined by using the "pin shoot" method, thus providing an important basis for judgement on the cooling capacity of secondary cooling system and establishment of a reasonable water distribution schedule in secondary cooling zone as well as determination of the process parameters under the high speed casting condition.
