根据基建期工程管理业务流程,结合信息管理技术与工程管理的实际经验,引入工作流技术设计了基建期工程管理系统。系统以基建期工程管理为背景,考虑国内工程建设行业当前的管理模式特点,利用了现代计算机技术、网络技术,将各种信息整合、处理和加工。构建出基建期信息管理平台,为基建工程的决策者提供必要的、丰富的决策信息。

According to the business processes of engineering management for capital construction, and combining information management technology as well as working knowledge, work-flow technique is introduced in the design of engineering management system for capital construction. By taking into consideration of characteristics of domestic industry managements, the system utilizes modem techniques, including computer technology and network technology, etc., to integrate, deal with, and process all kinds of information, so that a centralized and transparent information management platform, which is capable of providing ample and necessary information for decision making, is constructed.
