癌胚抗原mRNA和端粒酶活性鉴别诊断良、恶性腹液的临床价值

CLINICAL VALUE OF DETECTING CEA MRNAAND TA FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF BENIGN AND MALIGNANTASCITES

目的:评估检测癌胚抗原mRNA(CEA mRNA)和端粒酶活性(TA)鉴别诊断恶性腹液的临床应用价值。方法:分别检测105份恶性腹液标本和103份良性腹液标本的CEAmRNA、TA、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)和癌胚抗原(CEA)。结果:恶性腹液组各指标的阳性率均明显高于良性腹液组(P<0.01)。CEAmRNA和TA诊断恶性腹液的敏感性和准确性高于CA19-9和CEA,CEAmRNA+TA+CA19-9联检组合的诊断效率最高。结论:CEA mRNA和TA的诊断恶性腹液的应用价值高于CA19-9和CEA,指标的联合实验可提高诊断效率。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of detecting CEA mRNA and TA in ascites for differential diagnosis of malignant ascites.Methods：CEA mRNA, TA, CA 19-9 and CEA were respectively detected in 105 cases malignant ascites and 103 cases benign ascites.Results：The positive rate of each index in malignant ascites were obviously higher than that in benign ascites （P 〈 0.01）.The sensitivity and accuracy of CEA mRNA and TA in diagnosis of malignant ascites were higher than CA19-9 and CEA. The diagnosis efficiency of combining CEA mRNA,TA and CA19-9 was the highest.Conclusions：The value of decting CEA mRNA and TA in diagnosis of malignant ascites were higher than CA19-9 and CEA, combined indexes can increase diagnosis efficiency.
