摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用Nova—PaK C18 150mm×4.6mm不锈钢色谱柱,以甲醇:水=95:5(V/V)为流动相,在检测波长254nm、流速为0.6mL/min条件下,苯醚甲环唑与杂质能较好分离。该方法回收率为99.45%-100.43%,相对标准偏差0.79%,变异系数为0.46%。
This article provided an HPLC analytical method for determination of difenoconazole 10% WG. Difenoconazole was dissolved in methanol and separated from other components using Nova-PaK Cls 150mm×4.6mm column,methanol+ water (95+5,V/V) as mobile phase, 254nm detection. The recovery of this mehod was 99.45%-100.43%, relative standard deviation was 0.79%, variation coefficient was 0.46%.
