摘要 视觉检测技术具有非接触、速度快、柔性好等突出优点,已广泛应用于产品或零件的尺寸和位置的非接触、快速测量中。在精密检测技术教学中,为使学生能较好的掌握视觉检测技术的基本原理和方法,该文设计了一套视觉图像测量教学实验装置,系统地介绍了实验装置的组成,单目摄像机标定、双目视觉传感器标定和双目视觉测量圆孔直径3个实验的工作原理和实验步骤,给出了实验参考结果。 Vision inspection technique has advantages of non-contact, rapid speed, flexibility, etc. Vision inspection is widely used in non-contact, rapid speed measurement for the size and location of products or parts. Three experiments are designed for monocular CCD camera parameter calibration, binocular CCD camera calibration and round hole diameter measurement in order to redound students to comprehend and master vision inspection technique exactly. This paper includes the principle of experiments, the composition of experimental devices and some experimental results.
