针对当前实验室对在线实验、在线教学的要求，结合目前高等院校教育、教学改革的方向和现代网络技术的飞速发展，为广大师生提供一个网上实验教学和交流的平台，实现了学生在线提交作业、查看资料，教师在线批改作业，以及在线实时答疑等功能，满足了实验教学的改革和创新需要，将网络的便捷性，实时性，准确性应用于传统的实验教学当中。因此，构建基于网络技术的实验教学管理系统，不仅能很好地解决专业实验教学的问题，而且符合现代科学技术和实验技术的发展方向，必将有力地推动实验教学内容与实验教学方法的深刻变革。
