胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的诊治现况 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（solid pseudopaplllary tumor of the pancreas，SPTP）最先于1959年由Frantz等描述，是一种少见的、具有恶性潜质的肿瘤，约占所有胰腺肿瘤的1％，胰腺囊性肿瘤的3％。近年来其发病率明显上升，多数病例为近十年内报道，至今国内外已报道SPTP900余例。大多数临床医师对其缺乏认识，常误诊为囊腺瘤、囊腺癌或胰岛细胞瘤，该文就近年来SPTP的诊治情况作一综述。
