Analysis of 3 Cases of Central Nervous System Infection Misdiagnosed as Cerebral Infarction

目的分析误诊为脑梗死的中枢神经系统感染患者的临床特点,以提高中枢神经系统感染的认识和诊断水平。方法回顾性总结我科收治的3例误诊为脑梗死的中枢神经系统感染患者的临床资料,结合相关文献进行分析探讨。结果3例患者临床表现、腰穿、脑电图、头磁共振等辅助检查结果,支持中枢神经系统感染的诊断。结论有偏瘫等神经定位体征的神经系统感染患者,易误诊为脑梗死,应详细分析病史特点并结合相关辅助检查结果综合判断。

Objective To analyze the cause of misdiagnosis of central nervous system infection as cerebral infarction, in order to improve the understanding and sensitivity of diagnosis for the central nervous system infection. Method The clinical information of 3 cases of central nervous system infection misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction which were enrolled in our department was analyzed retrospectively. Result The results of clinical manifestations and some auxiliary examinations included the lumber puncture, electroencephalogram and MRI all supported that the 3 cases were central nervous system infection. Conclusion Patients of central nervous system infection with focal physical signs such as hemiparalysis, might be prone to be misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction, so the patient history should be analyzed in detail and the judgment should be made with correlative auxiliary examination as reference.
