异种脱细胞真皮基质与微粒皮复合移植的临床应用观察 被引量：1

摘要 大面积深度烧伤治疗的关键在于创面的修复，而最大难题是自体皮源不足。1987年北京积水潭医院张明良等剖发明自体微粒皮加大张异体皮移植术治疗大面积深度烧伤创面获得成功，解决了自体皮源不足的问题。然而异体皮来源有限，价格昂贵，并且具有传播病毒的危险，因此影响此项技术广泛应用。张明良等在应用异体皮的时候也探索了自体微粒皮加异种皮（猪皮）复合移植覆盖创面，
