摘要
目的探讨眩晕宁治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法选择椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者150例,分为治疗组100例和对照组50例,治疗组用眩晕宁治疗,对照组用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,均连用2周,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.0%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论眩晕宁治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕安全、有效。
Objective To study the effect of XYN on vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Methods 150 patients with vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo were divided into two groups： the trial groups （100 cases） was administered with XYN, The control groups （50 cases） was administered with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules. Time of therapy for both groups was 2 weeks. Results The total effective rates for the trial group and the control group were 88. 0% and 70. 0%, respctively and significant differences were noted between groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion XYN is safe and effective in the treatment vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.
