摘要
[目的]研究小单孢菌227所产生物活性物质的抑菌特性。[方法]分别从小单孢菌227摇瓶发酵液的上清液和菌丝体的乙醇提取液中提取生物活性物质,分别对其进行抑菌活性的测定。[结果]小单孢菌227所产生物活性物质对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌均有较强的抑制作用。该菌所产抗菌活性物质是既有脂溶性又有水溶性的多组分物质。用乙醚萃取脂溶性物质的萃取效果分别优于正丁醇、乙酸乙酯和正乙烷。对小单孢菌227菌丝体乙醇提取液与离心上清液抑菌能力比较结果表明小单孢菌227所产生物活性物质属胞外产物。[结论]小单孢菌227所产生物活性物质具有较强抑菌效果。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the antibacterial characters of bioactive substances produced by Micromonospora 227. [ Method] The bioactive substances were extracted from the supematant of stroking flask fermentation broth and alcohol extract of the mycelium of Micromonospora 227 resp. and their antibacterial activity were detected, resp. [ Result ] The bioactive substances produced by Micromonospora 227 all had stronger inhibition on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus thurinsis and Bacillus megatherium. The bioactive substances produced by Microrronospora 227 were multiconponent mixtures not only including fat-soluble component but also including water-soluble component. The extraction effect of fat-soluble component extracted by aether was better than that extracted by n-butanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane, the comparative result on the antibacterial ability of the etharol extract and centrifugal supematant of Micromonospora 227 mycelium showed that the bioactive substances produced by Micromonospora 227 belonged to extracellular products. [ Conclusion] The bicactive substances produced by Micromonospora 227 hed stronger antibacterial effect.
