微波消解FAAS法测定原生态金秋梨中的微量元素锰 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]测定黔东南苗族侗族自治州原生态“苗疆”牌台江金秋梨微量元素锰的含量。[方法]用正交试验优化仪器最佳工作条件,微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定微量元素锰。[结果]“苗疆”牌金秋梨锰元素含量为0,8mg/kg,方法的特征浓度为0.0033μg/ml,检出限为0.0011μg/ml,相对标准偏差为0.36%,加标回收率为98%~101%,适用于金秋梨微量元素锰的测定。[结论]“苗疆”牌金秋梨微量元素锰的含量较高,具有很高的食用价值和药用价值。 [Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of trace element manganese in original ecological ‘Miaojiang' Brand Taijiang Jinqiu Pear in the Autonomous Prefecture of Miao and Dong Minority of Southeast Guizhou. [ Method] The optimum working conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment. Samples were digested by microwave method and the content of trace element manganese was determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). [Result] The content of trace element manganese in 'Miaojiang' Brand Jinqiu Pear was 0.8 mg/kg. The characteristic concentration by this method was 0.003 3 μg/ml, the detection limit was 0.001 1 μg/ml, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.36% and the recovery of standard addition was in the range of 98% - 101%. This method was suitable for the determination of trace element manganese in Jinqiu Pear. [Conclusion] 'Miaojiang' Brand Jinqiu Pear had higher content of trace element manganese and had higher edible value and medicinal value.
