摘要
[目的]研究外源ZLI浸种对水稻生长的生理效应。[方法]以楚恢7号为材料,研究不同浓度ZLI浸种对水稻幼苗中叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶和淀粉酶活性及细胞膜渗透率的影响。[结果]不同浓度外源ZLI浸种均可增加水稻种子中过氧化氢酶的活力,种子的电导率和幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素的含量,10-5g/L ZLI处理的效果最好。外源ZLI浸种后,种子电导率总体呈先上升后下降的趋势。10-5g/L ZLI处理的叶绿素a,叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量分别比对照高0.06、0.59和0.65 g/L;ZLI处理浓度为10-5g/L时淀粉酶活力最大,比对照高38.5 mg/(min.g)。ZLI处理浓度为10-6g/L时淀粉酶活力最小,比对照低15.9 mg/(min.g)。[结论]外源ZLI浸种可以提高水稻的生理功能,以10-5g/L ZLI处理的效果最好。
[ Objective ] The study was to research the phological effect of seed soaking by exopenous ZLI on growth of Rice. [ Method] With Chuhui 7 as material, the effects of seed soaking by exopenous ZI_,I with different concn, on chlorophyll content, activities of catalase and amylase and cell membrane pe^ility were studied. [ Result ] Seed soaking by exopenous ZLI with different concn, all could increase the activity of catalase, the seed conductivity and the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in seedling, and the effect of the treatment with 10^- 5g/L ZLI was the best. After seed soaking by exopenous ZLI, the seed conductivity showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing, The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in treatment with 10^-5g/L ZLI was 0.06, 0.59 and 0.65 g/L higher than that of CK. The activity of amylase in the treatment with 10^- 5g/L ZLI was the biggest and being 38.5 mg/(min·g) higher than that of CK. That in treatment with 10^-6 g/L ZLI was the least and being 15.9 ng/(min'g) lower than that of CK. [ Conclusion] Seed soaking by exopenous ZLI could increase the physiological function of rice and the effect of the treatment with 10-5g/L ZLI was the best.
