摘要
[目的]缓解重金属离子对豌豆种子的毒害作用。[方法]采用水培方法,研究镉、汞单一胁迫及复合胁迫对豌豆种子萌发、幼苗叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶活性的影响。[结果]镉、汞单一胁迫及复合胁迫对豌豆种子萌发均有抑制作用,单一汞胁迫对豌豆幼苗的毒害作用最大,镉、汞复合胁迫次之,单一镉胁迫最小。幼苗叶绿素含量最高的是单一镉胁迫,其次是镉、汞复合胁迫,单一汞胁迫的叶绿素含量最低。单一汞胁迫的灰度值是单一镉胁迫的67.00%,镉、汞复合胁迫的灰度值是单一镉胁迫的91.32%;单一汞胁迫的酶带迁移率最大,镉、汞复合胁迫次之。[结论]汞胁迫对豌豆种子的毒害作用大于镉胁迫,镉、汞复合胁迫的毒害作用介于两者之间。
[ Objective] The study was to relief the toxic effect of heavy metal ions on pea seed. [ Method] With method of water culture, the effect of alone stress by CA or Hg and combined stress by two of them on seed germination, chlorophyll content and activity of peroxidase of seeding of pea were studied. [Result] The alone stress by CA or Hg and their combined stress all had inhibition on seed germination of pea, and the toxic effect of alone stress by Hg was the biggest, the following was that of combined stress by CA and Hg, that of alone stress by CA was the smallest. The alone stress by CA on the chlorophyll content of seeding was the highest, the following was that combined stress by Cd and Hg, and alone stressed by Hg was the lowest. The gray value in pea seed with alone stress by Hg was 67.00% of that with alone stress by CA, and that with combined stress by CA and Hg was 91.32% of that with alone stress by Cd. The mobility of enzyme belt in pea seed with alone stress by Hg was the biggest, the following was that with combined stress by Cd and Hg. [ Conclusion] The toxic effect of Hg stress on pea seed was bigger than that of Cd stress, and that of combined stress by CA and Hg was between of them.
