综述了国内外在松树抗病育种的材料选拔与方法、抗性标准评估、抗性机理以及运用基因工程技术开展抗病育种的研究进展,尤其总结了松材线虫病抗病育种研究的状况。

This paper reviewed the selection of materials in Pine trees resistant breeding and methods,standards assessment resistance,resistance mechanism and the use of genetic engineering technologies for resistance breeding at home and abroad,especially summarized the present situation of resistance breeding on the Pine wood nematode.
