中药对奶牛子宫内膜炎主要致病菌的体外抑菌研究

Bacteriostatic Test in vitro of Chinese Traditional Medicine on Main Pathogenic Bacteria of Cow Endometritis

[目的]为开发治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎的中药制剂提供依据。[方法]选取连翘、黄连、丹参、大黄、大青叶、益母草、当归、红花对奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要致病菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌)进行单味中药抑菌试验,在此基础上配成3个复方,确定复方的抑菌效果。[结果]连翘、黄连、大黄对3种致病菌均有很好的抑菌效果,抑菌直径都超过了15.0 mm,其次是红花、大青叶和丹参。复方1、复方2、复方3对3种致病菌均有很好的抑制作用,其中复方1(连翘、大黄、益母草、红花按一定比例组成)对3种致病菌极度敏感,平均抑菌直径为22.3 mm,其他2个复方对3种致病菌高度敏感。[结论]选用复方中药治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎是可行的。

[Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for developing the chinese traditional medicine preparation to cure cow endometritis.[Method] Forsythia suspense,Coptis chinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rheum officinale,Folium isatidis,Leonurus japonicus,Angelica sinensis and Carthamus tinctorius were selected to take the single herb bacteriostatic tests on the main pathogenic bacteria of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus of cow endometritis,on which,3 compounds were prepared to determine their antibacterial effects.[Result] Forsythia suspense,Coptis chinensis and Rheum officinale all had better antibacterial effects on the 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria and the bacterial inhibition diameter all exceeded 15.0 mm,followed by Carthamus tinctorius,Folium isatidis and Salvia miltiorrhiza.The compound 1,2 and 3 all had better inhibition and among them,the compound 1 composed of Forsythia suspense,Rheum officinale,Leonurus japonicus and Carthamus tinctorius according to a certain proportion was very sensitive to the 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria,and the average bacterial inhibition diameter was 22.3 mm,the other 2 compounds were highly sensitive to the 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria.[Conclusion] Selecting compound chinese traditional medicine curing cow endometritis was feasible.
