区域经济与环境发展协调性的定量判别研究——以兰州市西固区为例

Quantitative Discrimination Study on the Coordination between Regional Economy and the Environmental Development

从能耗、水耗、废水量及污染物排放量等角度分别考虑,采用了能耗强度、水耗强度、万元工业产值废水量、污染物排放强度4个指标,形成区域经济发展与环境质量变化关联分析指标体系,对兰州市西固区1993年与2004年区域经济与环境发展协调性进行了实证分析。结果表明,在这一时期内,该区域社会经济快速发展的同时,各项经济环境关联指标均有所下降,但燃料结构仍以燃料煤、燃料油为主,且二氧化硫、烃类、挥发酚等个别污染物排放量仍有所增加。

From the aspects of energy consumption,water consumption,the amount of wastewater,the pollutant emission amount and so on,4 indices of energy consumption intensity,water consumption intensity,wastewater amount per ten thousand yuan industrial output value and the discharge intensity of pollutants were used to form the analysis index system for the correlation between the regional economic development and the environmental quality changes.The empirical analysis was made on the coordination between the regional economy and the environmental development in Xigu District of Lanzhou City in 1993 and 2004.The results showed that all the associated indices with the economic environment decreased in this period when the social economy developed rapidly.However,the fuel structure was still concentrated on coal and oil,the discharge amount of the pollutants such as sulfur dioxide,hydrocarbon and volatile phenol still increased.
