By applying the methods of the logical reasoning and the analysis of cause and effect,from the perspective of system theory,the article elaborated on the basic connotation,influence factors and operating mechanism of the harmonious development in rural sports.It was believed that the overall effect of the harmonious development of countryside sports was a comprehensive expression of the harmonious degree of influence factors on sports development in rural,the potential of this system and the ability to regulate the development.
