Study on the Effect Evaluation Index System of New Rural Informationization Construction

在探讨新农村信息化建设重要性基础上,以西部地区农村信息化建设为背景,采用层次法,从农村信息化基础设施、涉农信息资源的开发和利用、农村信息化保障机制、信息化效果和信息化特色5个方面构建农村信息化建设效果评价指标体系,并确定评价标准。

Based on discussing the significance of new rural informationization construction,with the rural informationization construction in Western China as the background,hierarchy method was used to construct the effect evaluation index system of rural informationization construction from 5 aspects of rural informatization basic infrastructure,the development and utilization of agro-information resources,rural informatization guarantee mechanism,informatization effect and informatization characteristics.And the evaluation standards were confirmed.
