Giant congenital pigmented nevus with multiple lipomas:a case report

报告1例巨大先天性色素痣并发多发性脂肪瘤。患者女,19岁。因躯干部出现黑色丘疹逐渐增大19年余就诊。体格检查:一般状况良好。颈部、躯干部、双上臂可见面积巨大的黑色斑片,融合成一体;表面粗糙,界限清楚;周围可见散在的卫星状皮损;背部可见10余个大小不等的皮下结节。组织病理检查示混合痣和脂肪瘤。

A case of giant congenitalpigmented nevus with multiple lipomas is reported. A 19-year-old female presented with pigmented patches on the trunk for 19 years. The pigmented patches became gradually larger during the past years. Physical examinations showed the patient was otherwise healthy and some large, darkly pigmented patches could be seen on her neck, chest, belly, back and upper arms with small satellite lesions. The surface was rough with relatively clear boundaries. About 10 tumors of various valumes could be seen on her neck and back. Histological examinations showed compound nevus and lipoma.
