为了适应任职教育的新形势,搞好士官生英语教学改革,对其重要性和迫切性以及教学改革的具体内容和应注意的事项进行了探讨,指出教材改革是推进英语教学改革的关键环节,教法改革和考试改革是整个教学改革的重要保障.

In order to adapt to the military post education and carry out the teaching reform well, the paper discussed the essentiality, imminence and the detailed contents on English teaching reform for sergeants, as well as some proceedings that we should pay attention to during the reform. It is pointed out that the reform on teaching material is the key to the whole teaching reform while reforms on teaching method and examination are the guarantee.
