就结构化电子病案的模板开发进行研究。通过电子病案模板编辑器对医院科室电子病案模板进行开发。开发出符合科室医生需求的电子病案模板。通过电子病案的使用大大提高医生的工作效率,将使医护工作者从繁重的医疗文书处理工作中解放出来,使得医护工作者可以将更多的时间花在研究患者病情上面,而电子病案中各种医疗规范及模板的应用,可以有效的规范医疗行为。

This is a research on developing the moulding board of structured e - medical record （EMR）. We developed the moulding board of EMR for the departments in our hospital with the moulding board editor to meet the requirements of the doctors. The Application of EMR can greatly enhance the efficiency of the doctors, and make them free from the heavy tasks dealing with the mountains of documents. As a result, they can spend more time on improving the quality of the heahhcare. All kinds of medical norms and moulding boards on EMR can effectively regulate the medical treatments.
