摘要
20世纪80、90年代建成的建筑,到现在已陆续进入了改造期,大多建筑结构状况良好,具备继续使用及改扩建条件。笔者通过分析这几年亲身完成的几个教育改造项目,主要针对建筑功能、建筑立面的在改扩建过程中存在的问题,交流体会,总结经验。
The buildings established in 1980s and 1990s have now got into the age of renovation, The structure of most of them is in a good status for renovation and extension, The author analyzes the educational projects he completed in recent years and summarizes the experiences on the buildings function and renovation of facade.
