山药零余子诱导愈伤组织研究

Study on the Callus Induction from the Bulbil of Dioscorea oppasita

研究了山药零余子愈伤组织的出愈方式、不同愈伤组织的细胞形态以及不同激素种类和浓度对愈伤组织的诱导效果。结果表明:零余子不同部位诱导出2种不同类型的愈伤组织,其细胞大小和形态差别较大;不同激素种类和浓度对愈伤组织出愈率和分化速度的影响是不同的,以6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 2 mg/L处理的零余子出愈率最高,分化速度最快。

Ways of callus induction, cell morphology of different callus, effects of different hormone types and concentrations on the callus induction from the bulbil of Dioscorea oppasita were studied. Result showed that two different types of callus were induced from different parts of bulbil. And the cell size and morphology differed greatly. In addition, different hormone types and concentrations had different effects on cal- lus rate and differentiation rate. When the proportion is 6-BA（2 mg/L） ＋ NAA（2 mg/L）, callus rate and differentiation rate of bulbil were the optimum.
