红掌的多倍体诱导与倍性分析 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]为诱导红掌多倍体提供参考。[方法]以红掌气生根再生团块和幼苗为材料,以秋水仙素为诱导药液,采用浸泡法、培养基培养法和穿线法3种方法对再生团块和红掌幼苗进行多倍体诱导,研究不同诱导方法、秋水仙素浓度和诱导时间对多倍体诱导率的影响。[结果]3种诱导方法都能得到多倍体细胞。秋水仙素处理浓度在0.1%-0.3%范围内时,多倍体诱导率随着诱导剂量的升高和诱导时间的延长而增加。使用浸泡法处理气生根再生团块时,多倍体诱导效果最好,0.3%的秋水仙素处理再生团块7h,诱导率可达63.3%。[结论]红掌多倍体诱导的最佳条件为:0.3%的秋水仙素浸泡气生根再生团块7h。 [Objective ] The study was to provide the reference for inducting polyploid of Anthurium andraenum Linden. [ Method ] With the reproduction block mass of aerial roots and seedings of A. andraenum as materials and the colchicine as the induced medical solution, 3 methods of soaking, medium culture and threading were taken to induce the polyploid of reproduction block mass and seedlings of A. andraenum, the effects of different induction methods, colchicine concn, and induction time on induction rate of A. andraenum were studied. [ Result] The polyploid cell could be obtained by 3 induction methods. When colchicine was in 0.1% - 0.3 %, the induction rate of polyploid was increased with the increment of inductive dose and the delay of induction time. When the reproduction block mass was treated with soaking method, the induction effect of polyploid was the best, and when the reproduction block mass were treated by 0.3% colchicine for 7 h, the induction rate reached 63.3%. [ Conclusion] The optimum condition of polyploid induction for A. andraenum was that the reproduction block mass of aerial root was soaked by 0.3% colchicine for 7 h.
