^(60)Co-γ辐照处理对绿莴笋种子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]选育品质优良的绿莴笋品种。[方法]用剂量分别为0(对照)、20、40、60、80、100、150、200 Gy的60Coγ-射线辐射处理泰国绿莴笋种子,研究60Coγ-辐射处理对绿莴笋种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]60Coγ-辐射剂量为20、150、200 Gy时,绿莴笋种子发芽率高于对照。绿莴笋种子发芽率与60Coγ-辐射剂量呈正相关,辐射剂量为20 Gy时发芽率最高。60Coγ-辐射剂量为60 Gy时绿莴笋幼苗长势较对照好。辐射剂量在20~60 Gy范围内时,剂量越大,幼苗长势越好。绿莴笋幼苗根长在辐射前期与60Coγ-辐射剂量呈正相关,芽长与60Coγ-辐射剂量呈正相关。[结论]60Coγ-辐射剂量为20 Gy时绿莴笋种子发芽率最高,辐射剂量为60 Gy时绿莴笋幼苗长势最好。 [ Objective ] The study was to breed green Lactvca saiva L variety with fine quality. [ Method ] The green L. saiva seeds from Thai- land were treated by ^60Co-γ ray with different doses of 0( CK), 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 150 and 200 Gy, and the effects of radiation treatment by ^60Co-γ ray on seed germination and seedling growth of green L. saiva were studied. [ Result] When the radiation doses of ^60Co-γ ray were 20, 150 and 200 Gy, the seed germination rate of green L. saiva was higher than that of CK. The seed germination rate of green L. saiva had positive correlation with radiation dose of ^60 Co-γ ray, and when the radiation dose was 20 Gy, the seed germination rate of Green L. saiva was the highest. When the radiation dose of ^60Co-γ ray was 60 Gy, the seedling growth vigor of green L. saiva was better than that of CK. When the radiation dose was 20 - 60 Gy, the bigger the dose was the better the seedling growth vigor was. The root length of green L. saiva seedling had positive correlation with radiation dose of ^60 Co-γ ray in earlier stage of radiation, and the bud length had positive correlation with radiation dose. [ Conclusion ] When radiation dose of ^6o Co-γ ray was 20 Gy, the seed germination of green L. saiva was the highest, and when radiation dose of ^60 Co-γ ray was 60 Gy, the seedling growth vigor of green L. saiva was the best.
