摘要 研究辣木种子的组成,探讨辣木种子蛋白的开发利用价值。根据国内外相关文献报道及试验结果,分析了辣木果实的生物学性状、辣木种子的物理构成和化学组成,介绍了辣木蛋白在饲料、净水和化妆品方面的应用研究情况,同时展望了辣木蛋白在我国饲料、净水方面的应用前景,并对在有关产业化应用中可能出现的问题进行了分析且提出了解决问题的建议。 The composition of Moringa oleifera Lam. seeds and the utilization value of the proteins were studied. Based on our study and relative reports, the biological properties, physical characters and chemical compositions were analyzed. Its application status in fodder, purifying water and cosmetic was introduced. And the application prospect of its protein in fodder and purifying water were forecasted. The problems and solutions for Moringa oleifera industrialization were also proposed.
