猫爪草块根·分株繁殖对产量与化学成分的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究不同无性繁殖方式对猫爪草产量和化学成分的影响,确定合适的无性繁殖方式。[方法]以信阳野生猫爪草为繁殖材料进行分株繁殖和块根繁殖,测定其产量,采用蒽酮比色法测定总糖和多糖含量,采用差示分光光度法测定黄酮含量。[结果]分株繁殖产量比块根繁殖产量高,处理间差异达到0.05显著水平;分株繁殖总糖和多糖含量比块根繁殖含量低,分株繁殖黄酮含量高于块根繁殖,处理间总糖和黄酮含量差异达到0.05显著水平,多糖含量差异达到0.01显著水平。[结论]分株繁殖和块根繁殖对猫爪草块根外形影响不大。采用分株繁殖,并且适当在每个分株保留部分宿根的方式进行繁殖是目前猫爪草规范化栽培较为合适的方法。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of different asexual reproduction on the yield and chemical constituents of Ra-nunculus ternatus Thunb. to determine the appropriate ways. [Method] The propagation materials from wild Xinyang Ranunculus ternatus Thunb. were studied with the technique of division propagation and root tuber propagation. Their output was analyzed. The contents of total sugar and polysaccharide were measured by anthrone colorimetry and the contents of flavonoid were measured by differential spectrophotometry. [Result] The yield of division propagation was higher than that of root tuber propagation. There was significant difference at 0.05 level be- tween treatments. The contents of total sugar and polysaccharide of division propagation were lower than those of the root tuber propagation. The content of flavonoids of division propagation was higher than that of the root tuber propagation. There was significant difference at 0.05 level between treatments on total sugar and flavonoids, significant difference at 0.01 level between treatments on polysaccharide. [Conclusion] Division propagation and root tuber propagation had little effect on appearances of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.. It was appropriate standardized cultivation methods with the technique of division propagation retaining some ratoon in each division.
