摘要
[目的]优选金银花中总黄酮乙醇提取的最佳工艺。[方法]利用比色法测定金银花中总黄酮含量,以总黄酮得率为指标,利用正交试验设计考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取温度对金银花总黄酮乙醇提取工艺的影响。[结果]优化后的金银花中总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:提取时间3.5 h,提取温度60℃,料液比1∶27,乙醇浓度70%。[结论]该提取工艺简单、稳定、可行,为金银花的有效利用提供了依据。
[Objective ] The aim was to study on the optimum extraction process for the total flavone from Lonicera japonica. [ Method ] Colori- metric method was used to determine the total flavone of Lonicera japonica. Orthogonal experiment was used for the study on the effects of ethanol concentration, volume, extraction time and temperature on extraction process of total flavone from Lonicera japonica. [ Result ] The optimum extraction process of total flavone from Lonicerajaponica was 1:27 solid-liquid ratio, 70% ethanol and 3.5 h extraction time under 60 ℃. [Conclusion] This extraction process was simple, stable and efficient which offered basis for the effective use of Lonicera japonica.
